Few flowers exhibit more beauty towards the end of their life than the tulip.
Here they are demonstrating the cycle they take towards that end.
From closed bulb to the shedding of the final petal, each stage is a beauty.
The scene is set in one of my favorite crystal bowls on top of a vintage floral cloth.
